I have been a customer of Porsche of Delaware since my move to Maryland in 2002 The Service department is impeccable and always reliable for my needs. I have no reservation in recommending this facility to any Porsche enthusiast!

Great people, worth a two hour driveThese guys are a class act - knowledgeable, fair dealing, very customer service oriented. I drove two hours from DC area to look at a relatively rare 997 (GTS, and exactly as described) but wound up buying a 991 4S cab because I just fell in love with it at first ...sight. Also it has a manual transmission :-) Throughout the process Darin Pile was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, direct, and just an interesting cat to hang around with while paperwork was handled. After sales support by Alex Witham was first rate. Show more

Love my 911 Turbo S!John Mase is awesome! Friendly, laidback and no pressure. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. The manager Alex and Finance person David were all professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to call upon John Mase for my next Porsche!

Laid back car buying experienceI had been following used Boxsters online for awhile and had a good feel for current prices. I was looking for a certified pre-owned one and I had found a number of competitively priced vehicles within my budget and meeting my requirements. Porsche of Delaware had m...y top choice and they had just reduced the asking price $1,000. I called to schedule a test drive. I told John Mase, the salesperson, that I would be driving about 2 hours to get there and that I should be there about 2pm. When I arrived he had the car outside running and ready to go. We took a test drive. He explained the features and options as we drove. We came back in, he explained the warranty and what was done to the vehicle to qualify it as certified pre-owned. He showed me the original list price of the vehicle. We negotiated a lower price and within a half hour I had purchased the vehicle. I felt that I paid a fair price for the car. The whole experience was rather laid back and comfortable. I had been to other up-scale non-Porsche car dealers in the past and sometimes I would get the feeling that they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. I would definitely recommend Porsche of Delaware if you are interested in a Porsche. I have not had the vehicle serviced yet, so I cannot comment on their service department. Show more
