Fastest 2020 Porsche car
The fastest Porsche currently in production is the Porsche 911 GT RS. With a top track speed of 211 mph, it currently edges out any other model in production. It’s rare to see a production vehicle that can achieve over 200 mph, but the 911 GT RS does so with the help of a 3.8L twin-turbo boxer 6 engine that gets an incredible 690 horsepower. With a 0 to 60 mph time in 2.7 seconds, this is certainly the Porsche you want if you’re looking for elite performance and a true sports car.

Fastest Porsche of all time
While the 911 GT RS is the fastest Porsche currently in production, it’s not the fastest of all time. That title would belong to the Porsche 918 Spyder. Only in production for less than three years, this mid-engine plug-in hybrid was powered by a 4.6L V8 engine for a combined 875 horsepower and 944 lb-ft of torque. With numbers like that, it should come as no surprise that it achieved a top speed of 218.4 mph. Perhaps even more impressive was its 0 to 60 time, which Car and Driver independently tested and reported a time of just 2.2 seconds.
